Lalita Boro Dance on Bodopress House Fan's Club. 

Fans of ‘Delaimangri Ang’ famed Lalita are surprised after seeing their favourite star perform traditional Bodo dance. Lalita shared a clip on her Facebook Profile handle and the entire performance on Bodo Press YouTube channel. She was dressed in a traditional attire and wore a magenta coloured lehenga along with Bodoland jewellery to complete her look. She danced on the song Delaimangri Ang from Bodopress Album with Bijay Boro. Lalita’s look in the video is similar to how Bodo Actress looked in the song.

The setting of the video is different as it is shot inside a home unlike the original one which was picturised at a set of Stone Berry at Panery  but Lalita aced the performance. With a smile on her face, the 36-year-old actor danced to the Bollywood version of the folk number.

Bagurumba is a traditional dance form which was first performed by the Bodo tribe in order to worship Goddess "Bwrai Bathu". Later, more Bodo communities also embraced the dance form. Performed on special occasions like weddings and festivals, function involves the dancers twirling in a group.

Although this is the first time Lalita has tried Bagurumba, she has previously shared videos of her dance performance on Bodo Press YouTube channel. She previously performed on Bodopress video's  like Fagun Nwng Fwibwla, Bottle Gongse Lwngnanoi and Ajwli Sikhwla Laimwn Laimwn.
